In case the link gets funky the TLDR is that Hryhorec is an Australian wheel chair user who realized a year ago that Mark Butler, the Minister charge of Disability Services in Australia, has an office that is not really wheel chair accessible. After Hryhorec lodged a formal complaint with Australia's Human Rights Commission, Mark Butler declared he would move his office into a more accessible. Hryhorec goes back to Butler's office to discover Butler hasn't moved to a more accessable building, but his office did add an accessibility door bell button. Altough, it doesn't appear to work because a passerby has to go into the buidling to let them know there's someone with a wheelchair trying to get into the building. And the person who does finally answer that does not want to engage in conversation with Hryhorec after discovered he's filming to document his experience.
